Abstract;Skin changes with the aging are described. Aging of the skin is classified into physiological aging and photoaging. In the elderly person, the water content of keratin decreases due to the reduction of the secretion capacity of the sebaceous gland, the decrease in the horny layer intercellular lipid, etc., and the skin dries into coarse organization. The photoaging causes the degeneration of the corium fiber of elastin, and the irregular and deep wrinkles are formed, and the small wrinkles are formed with the physiological aging. In addition, the aging of hair, nail, and skin blood vessels are also mentioned.
