Abstract;This paper describes skin changes of the elderly person and cautionary notes in the skin observation. Pruritus (pruritus cutaneus, eczema dermatitis group, etc.), pain, exanthema (drug eruption, erythroderma) are explained. In addition, neoplastic changes of the skin (keratosis seborrheica, senile keratosis, etc.) and skin ulcer (diabetic ulcer, collagen disease, ulcer with the vascular damage disease, decubitus) are described.
