| Abstract;Metabolic dermatosis of the elderly person is outlined. Diabetic dermopathy, necrobiosis lipoidica and diffuse granuloma annulare are valuable as the skin marker of diabetes mellitus. Connective tissue disorders with diabetes mellitus are also contracted as the basis of microvasculature failure due to diabetes mellitus. Diabetic foot syndromes increase recently, and therefore, foot care of the elderly patient with diabetic is important. And, porphyria cutanea tarda is often contracted acquiredly, and the relation with the lifestyle is also deep. |
