| Abstract;Focusing on bullous pemphigoid (BP), diagnosis and treatment of the autoimmune blister disease of the elderly person are described. BP will possibly cause the limitated movement due to erosion and ulcer, and the exacerbation of the general conditions due to the leakage of the body fluid .It is necessary to consider local drug treatment taking ADL into account and dressing and rehabilitation from the early stage. Combination therapy of tetracycline and nicotinamide is the first choice in the elderly person, and in the intractable case, steroids internal use and plasma exchange therapies, etc. are done. |
