| Abstract;As the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), paroxetin hydrochloride hydrate (PH) with few side effects are presented. Indication is for depression and depressive states and for panic disorders for the first time in Japan, and once a day administration is the principle. PH is the mild and useful drug suitable for the patient from the mild to the moderate disease. In addition, knack of the usage including administration and dosage and precautions for use including the side effects are described. |
