| Abstract;Dried concentrated human activated protein C (APC) indicated for thrombosis due to inborn protein C deficiency is presented. APC exhibits the anticoagulant action and the fibrinolysis increasing action, and is a promising drug as the new antithrombotic drug. In addition, comparison with the existing analogous medicine (heparin, warfarin potassium), knack of the usage including administration and dosage, and precautions for use including the side effects are described. |
