Abstract; For the patient who was diagnosed as the large bowel cancer by the endoscopic examination, motives for medical examination are investigated. In the asymptomatic group, the positive occult blood reaction of feces in the large bowel cancer mass examination is indicated to be the important factor of the motive for the large intestine endoscopic examination. In the symptomatic group, it has been reconfirmed that abdominal pain, diarrhea, and bloody discharge are the very important clinical manifestation in diagnosing the large intestine disease. In addition, the necessity for the large intestine endoscopic examination is indicated without neglecting the hemorrhoid disease.
