| Abstract;In Operation Support Systems(OSSs), the program file renewal is the frequently performed in order to provide new management functions corresponding to the new telecommunication services. Recently, many OSSs in Telecommunications Management Network(TMN) are closely interconnected to achieve effective flow through, and it causes heavy complication in renewal procedure of those interconnected OSSs. In this paper, we describe how to arrange the order of each OSS's renewal procedure among interconnected OSSs, and how to maintain the compatibility between OSSs with the mixture of those file version.
