Abstract;Recently, the traffic in mobile telecommunication network is increasing because of the rapid market penetrations of mobile phones and the advanced information service, such as packet telecommunications and i-mode. Furthermore, International Telecommunications 2000(IMT-2000) is ready to provide services in Spring 2001, the demand of mobile telecommunications seemed to be still growing more and more. Meanwhile the Operation Support System(OSS) is becoming highly important in term of ensuring efficient network resource, protecting the deterioration of quality of telecommunication service. In this paper, we describe the traffic control system to grasp the situation of traffic in mobile network and to control the scale of traffic on the network element congestion. (author abst.)
