| Abstract;For the publisher of scholarly jounals, the relation with the customer is changing every moment. Especially, it is increasingly asked for the publisher responding to the customer's various needs as the publication of the electronic journal spread. This paper surveyed the example of which the goal of the publishers or the customers, also the influence that they exert on the customer, and then strategy of the publisher led from there. In conclusion, it is possible to say that to be fed back into the publisher in the sensitivity of the desire of the customer connects with offer of the electronic publishing with high quality.
