| Abstract;In the course of digitalizing printed papers, the selection of document format is very important. Miss selection of format makes data's life time short. PDF, portable document format, is a solution for digital document format Standardization. We introduce our technology for PDF format, such as producing searchable PDF files just by scanning paper document(using OCR technology), producing very compact color PDF ones from color printed document. Finally, we atso mention the importance of security and content management of digital documents. (author abst.) |
