Abstract;A new method of spectral analysis suitable to examine the Earth's background free oscillations was developed. The basic principle of this method is based on a technique of an AM receiver. A remarkable feature of this method is high resolving power for time variation of signal intensities. Using with this method, diurnal variations in the Earth's background free oscillations were clearly confirmed. (author abst.)
