| Abstract;Disaster preparedness is not enough high at hospitals in Japan, although many lessons were learned through Hanshin-Awaji great earthquake. Report after 5 years says that logistics, hardwares are refined, but that information systems are not in satisfactory. There have been many proposals to improve this poor situations, Ministry disaster network, electronic medical records, etc. But as an information officer in hospital, we medical informaticiens should overlook easy but fundamental things at hand. Here the homework reporter proposes; Calling and receiving telephone numbers should be managed separately, and receiving phone numbers should be open only to staffs, nearby healthcare providers, etc. As record of treatment is kept only by patients themselves in massive disaster. and is fundamental for future treatment, medical record sheet should be 2 layer copy sheet, one copy of which is to be handed to patients.
