| Abstract;Many accident or incident is occured at Hospital. Most of these medication errors are causing by human-error. Lookalike or soundalike Drug-name and shape of Drug-package indduce these errors. From the viewpoint of riskmanagement, Hospital Information System need to perform basic roll to aviod these medication errors and humanerrors. Standerdization of checking-system for prescribed-drugs is also needed. (author abst.) |
