Abstract;This paper mentioned about my expectations and apprehensions for the introduction of electronic medical record methods on clinical hospitals from the view point of administrator. Considered the actual state of poor, defective medical records on average hospital in Japan. I bet the ability of the systems for standardization and keeping of objectivity of doctor's writing. Even though the usefulness and efficiencies has been discussed, my apprehensions are high expense for the matter of not yet varificated. (author abst.)
