| Abstract;One year has passed since the electronic healthcare record system (IIMS) started to operate in our hospital. From a Medical Record & Information Manager Point of view, security, three principles of preservation, check on electronic healthcare information, items of system and items of eye-checking, those all related to IIMS, are mentioned. In a time of disclosure of information, perfect electronic healthcare record with discharge summary and inspection of electronic healthcare record information are referred in this paper.
