| Abstract;In Japan, the need of showing medical record to the patients is increasing in recent years. In this paper, we analyzed the present situation of medical record's conservation using the data base of Japan Hospital Association including hospital's decision making. We compared the difference of decision making of showing medical record to the patients among hospitals which have different characteristics. (author abst.) |
