| Abstract;From the past, The information system which accumulated data of business system is existing. It is called DWH(data warehouse), and it is used in the field of finance, circulation, production. In a medical field, same information system existed, and be utilized as a medical examination and treatment support system. However, we were able to utilize information of test results of a patient when we analyzed each medical act, but it was difficult to do a state of a patient with a point of view of analysis. Because, an analysis element of patient states does not exist in data of medical act, and it was difficult to collection of data from a nursing system managing a state of a patient. So we developed the system what recognized a state of a patient when it forwarded data to hospital data ware house from a business system and added patient state data, and store. we get possible to do an inquiry about patient state data when we did analysis by patient analysis data.
