| Abstract;I had a telephone informs a report as soon as possible conventionally because a clinical laboratory system of our Hospital does not have a function to output to a remote printer, and a slip come to a final performance to laboratory room. At this time, I built a system which automatically send email from the CSV format output of a laboratory system and print out automatically at far department. A SYSTEM ABSTRACT: Laboratory room: Hitachi HILAS-CS (A laboratory test system) Department of internal medicine: One Windows 98 machine, dot printer 1. Department of pediatrics: One print server, one laser printer Use software: Microsoft Access2000R, Outlook2000R, email server software: Personal Mail Server for Windows 98/95/NT ver3.09 (a free wear), email checkers: I was automatic and transmitted a message to the each email address which I assigned, and the client side received a message of it automatically and did the thing which "1" was input into here in setting to print automatically after test data confirmation using the remarks column of a patient attribute as flags of WPBF (a free wear) test transmission of a message permission. A RESULT: Because a result was printed automatically, the inquiry number of a past test result slightly decreased it led to labor reduction of a nurse, shortening of laboratory test data waiting time and because department of internal medicine and put the program that could refer to a test result simultaneously by real-time. CONSIDERATION: I was very cheap and was able to build the estblishment expense with less than 100000 yen including the computer which I used this time.
