| Abstract;It is important to monitor increasing events of laboratory bacteria test in hospital infection control. Immediate feedback of such information to clinician and infection control team is helpful in hospital infection surveillance. In order to achieve the purpose as described above, and decrease the workload of infection control team for collecting information about increasing events, we developed an alert system based on a data warehouse of laboratory bacteria test result to report the occurrence of increasing events by e-mail and generate relative data set for a further investigation automatically.
