| Abstract;Nowadays, many telephone-order goods are selling with video manuals. Of course, the reason why they are including video tapes is that it is believed that a video clip is more effective to let consumers know how to use it than a written book. How about the hospital information system? It is more complicated than to use most of telephone-order goods. So, isn't it natural to think that making and using a detailed video operating manual should be a good solution for understanding the hospital information system correctly? But on the other hand, video tape system is not a good choice for random access viewing. First I selected some video capture software. Unfortunately, soon I found this software had mortal weak points like: bit file size for recording time, needing complicated and close attention to make the movie. Then I decided to make a animation GIF file. This system was sufficient both in file size problem and editability. Moreover, animation GIF is good terms with on-line (web) manual. (author abst.) |
