Abstract;In order to know the factors of the rotation of the ball in the twist ball magnetic display, elementary experiments are effected. In the experiment device ball magnets are located in the cells which are formed in the acrylic board and an actuator adds magnetic field to the ball. The experimental results are as follows. (a) Larger actuator can rotate the ball with smaller magnetic field. (b) Moving the actuator is effective to rotate the ball surely. (c) The iron plate placed at the bottom of the device serves to stop the ball rotation and hold the ball. (author abst.)
