| Abstract;The toner display by electrical movement of conductive toner has been investigated. This toner display consists of conductive toner, white particle, and charge transport layer (CTL). The CTL acts on hole injection from CTL to conductive toner and insulating layer to keep conductive toner on electrode. The toner display is a reflective display based on the scattering and absorption of ambient light. In the present paper, role of charge transport layer is investigated by measurement of V-I characteristic for ITO/CTL/toner samples. From this experimental results, the toner movement for toner display is effected by an electrical properties of CTL. (author abst.) |
