Abstract;Anisotropy in photoconductivity in mesophases of smectic liquid crystal, 2-(4'-octylphenyl)-6-dodecyloxynaphthalene was investigated by current responce to UV light illumination and time-of-flight technique. As a result it was reveal that the anisotropy is attributed to carrier generation efficiency. (author abst.)
