Abstract; We encountered a rare case of ganglioneuroblastoma in the cerebellar vermis and succeeded in establishing its cell line from disseminated cells in cerebrospinal fluid. The cell line expresses NSE, 70Kd NF and S-100, but not GFAP, Ganglioneuroblastoma consists of various types of differentiated cells. Our findings suggest that cerebrospinal dissemination is attributed to differentiated neuronal cells. (author abst.)
