Abstract;We developed a new system of a charge injection process using a magnetic brush. In this report, we studied the behavior of this process. By using this magnetic brush charging system, we can get the surface voltage of the photoreceptor equal to the charging bias voltage. We confirmed that this charging system of the magnetic brush rotating in the opposite direction relative to the surface of the photoreceptor is discharge free. We also found that the charging efficiency depends on the degree of contact of the magnetic brush with the surface of the photoreceptor. (author abst.)
