| Abstract;The ISJ Toner Technical Committee standardized the blow-off toner charge measurement procedure, and released the standard two-component developer for the procedure. The deviation of toner charge obtained from the procedure was minimized when using the standard developer with a different operator and with a different type of Faraday-cage. The standardized procedure and the standard developer would provide useful means to calibrate the blow-off measurement apparatus, maintain the toner manufacturing quality control, confirm the toner charging amount in commercial transactions relating to two component developer.
