Abstract;This study relates to a new technology for low temperature fusing (L.T.F.) monochrome toner. The optimization of molecular weight distribution characteristics for binder resin is most important technique of lower temperature fusing for toner. It is necessary to cut the molecular weight of the binder resin of more 105 for the lower temperature fusing achievement. And it is necessary to contain gel part of binder resin for the higher temperature hot offset achievement. To satisfy the demand of the above-mentioned, two kinds of polyesters which have the higher improvement effect respectively of low temperature fusing and hot offset are used in toner with adequate kneading mixture.
