| Abstract;It is necessary to convert the socioeconomic system to recyclable type to form sustainable society. This paper outlines the fundamental law for promotion of recycle-oriented society, presenting the existing situation and problem of waste treatment and trends in recycling of resources and energy. Waste disposal aims at waste control, recycling, reuse, heat recovery and proper disposal. Recycling of city waste and industrial waste reduces the amount of incineration. Thus weight reduction is important. Rational method should be adopted in consideration of energy used for recycling. |
