Abstract; We conducted a study on 1338 men ranging in age from 35 to 64 years by investigating the relationships between total score of healthy lifestyle status(physically active, smoking, alcoholic beverage consumption, obesity, hours of sleep, usual consumption of breakfast, not snacking between meals) and intake of nutrients, and intake of groups and health examination results. The following results were obtained. To become the group that has a lot of healthy lifestyle status, intake of nutrients and intake of food groups showed better desirable values. Also, the results of health examination were better in the group with a lot of healthy lifestyle status most frequently, even though their age is higher than that of the other groups. The promotion of lifestyle change to prevent disease is very important. (author abst.)
