Abstract; We report two patients with reversible posterior leukoencephalopathy syndrome (RPLS). One patient with nephrotic syndrome developed RPLS twice during combination therapy with cyclosporine and prednisolone, and the other, with acute myelocytic leukemia, developed the syndrome of inappropriate secretion of antidiuretic hormone (SIADH) and RPLS after infusional vincristine. RPLS is often triggered by immunosuppressants, especially cyclosporine, but the association of RPLS and SIADH has not been previously described. (author abst.)
