Abstract;Simultaneously, cost and quality are achieved by the elimination of completed futility in the fabrication sector, and it is important that the productivity of the total is improved. In this paper, quality engineering was newly utilized for the purpose of productivity improvement in turning line of the hydraulic pressure valve parts in addition to the approach vibration analysis evaluation, and the optimization of machining condition was attempted by the parameter design by input/output evaluation of the processing energy, and cutting tool life and processing efficiency were improved.
