| Abstract; The electronic states of organic conductors based on BEDT-TTF molecule are studied through heat capacity measurements at low temperatures and under magnetic fields. These materials are known to have layered structures of donor molecules and counter anions, and therefore their electronic properties are well understood as typical two-dimensional systems. A particular attention is paid to the electronic structure change across the boundary between the superconductive phase and the antiferromagnetic phase in .KAPPA.-(BEDT-TTF)2X system. By approaching the boundary from the superconductive region, monotonous decrease of electronic heat capacity coefficient .GAMMA. determined from the data under magnetic fields above Hc2, was observed. Since this phenomena is in conflict with the theoretical prediction of Brinkmann-Rice enhancement, the picture of Fermi-liquid does not hold even in the bulk superconductive region. A possibility of pseudo-gap picture is suggested. (author abst.) |
