| Abstract;The titled device is an automatic piping switching unit which perfectly automates a switching process of a swing bend and hose in the manufacturing shop floor of chemistry, food (beverage), and medical supply, and suitable for a system with a small number of switching. The straight type is a system which switches the joint by moving it in the straight line direction, and the rotary type is a system which switches the joint by moving it in the rotating direction. In either case, a low cost piping connection can be made compared with an XY router which also carries out automatic connection to an optional position. Specifications of the NABCO joints are as follows: Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa, and the applicable kinds of fluid are acid (for cleaning), alkali, steam, warm water, and fresh water (food and beverage). The allowable temperature range is 0 to 130.DEG.C., and the switching life is 100000 times. This paper shows the appearance photographs and describes such characteristics as features. |
