Abstract;Influences of starting metal oxides composition for Cu,Ni,Zn-Fe2O4 on low temperature sinterability were investigated in order to cofire Ag as inner electrodes of ferrite multilayer inductors. In the case of CuO more than 30mol% addition, shrinkage rate of 850.DEG.C. sintered product was controlled to -17%, which was appropriate value enough to cofire Ag as inner electrodes. (author abst.)
