Abstract;L-Band ESR using a low frequency microwave (1 GHz) has been developed to measure ESR spectra in animals noninvasively. With a loop gap resonator that has been used for an in vivo L-Band ESR spectrometry, it is impossible to measure the local ESR signals. Thus, to measure the local ESR signals in the specific organs and evaluate the local disposition, we propose a new quantitative pharmacokinetics of paramagnetic species in organs of mice by using surface-coil type resonator which has been developed for in vivo L-Band ESR.
