Abstract;Protein synthesis in vivo are correlated with many factors such as mRNA, tRNA, ribosome etc. We synthesized a nucleolipid(A-C6-Ala) which possesses adenine and alanine and prepared complexes with a single strand DNA (dT40) via hydrogen bonds and hydrophobic bonds. Polyalanine(>20mer) was pruduced on the complex. This is first study in which DNA sequence was translated amino acid sequence of polypeptide directly without any condensation reagent. (author abst.)
