Abstract;In order to construct on-site type bioreactor of Spirulina platensis. We investigated the optimum culture conditions of culture temperature, light-intensity, CO2 concentration and medium component. Spirulina platensis (25.DEG.C.) and low-temperature tolerance Spirulina platensis (15.DEG.C.) cultured under 1% CO2 were reached high cell density, that is, the results showed that 1% CO2 supplying culture of low-temperature tolerance Spirulina platensis was possible to culture at 15-25.DEG.C..
