Abstract;Plants, which can survive at low-temperature, exhibit a prominent change in their cell composition on exposure to low-temperature treatment. In this study, callus induced from the leaves of Ribes rubrum which have low-temperature tolerance was used as a material, and the influence of low culture temperature on protein in Ribes rubrum callus was examined.
