Abstract; Our recent studies have been focused to develop artificial signal transduction systems in which functional elements, such as a synthetic receptor, an effector enzyme and a mediator, are coupled with each other and effectively arranged on bilayer vesicle. In this paper, we are to report the construction of novel artificial cell device inspired by natural signal transduction system; bioactive amine sensing device and AND logic gate on bilayer vesicle.
