Abstract;The mechanochemical forces are involved in the unit operation of manufacturing process to obtain pharmaceutical dosage forms with good bioavailability and stability. The physicochemical properties of molecular crystals which induced in mechanical process were investigated. Amorphization of ursodeoxycholic acid and cefditoren pivoxil was observed by grinding. Mechanochemical complexation between cholic acid and organic molecules were investigated by using DSC and powder X-ray diffraction. (author abst.)
