| Abstract;Outline of nanotechnology,development trend of Europe and America and the influence to economy and society were described.Nanotechnology enables technological innovation of semiconductor elements,and it can be applied as a generic technology for future industry and society.In Europe and America,the research is promoted under a national strategy.It is required that the development strategy is decided and promoted also in Japan.It is anticipated that the new market is produced in fields such as information technology and electron,new material,miniaturization techniqueses,environment and energy,life science,agriculture,aviation and space. |
