Abstract;Method for attempting the energy saving by detecting the leakage and prevention measures of the compressed air system,and the case in paper factories were introduced.Using the ultrasonic leakage diagnosis tool,the position and quantity of the leakage is diagnosed.With the diagnosis of the paper machine circumference,the trouble was solved by discovering and repairing leakage.The compressor load was able to lower and the electricity rate was reduced.
