Abstract;The technique which examines the optimum operational method by finding difference between optimum operating state and present state by utilizing the data of the building energy management system BEMS was described.Digitization of the goal,grasp of the operation condition,improvement of the operational method and reexamination of the condition of constraint are carried out in order to find the optimum mode of operation.The attention points for carrying out the optimum operation in heat source system,heat transport system and airconditioning system,were described.
