Abstract;For the new type energy transformation system, a micro driving method for micro actuater which using low curie temperature alloyls were developed in this sturdy. Some Ni base alloys were made by process of mechanical alloying and SPS(Spark Plasma Sintering). These materials were cut into micro-chips and adhered on alumina roter bases for multipolar rotator. Semiconductor laser/optic fiber/lens system was assembled for micro spot on the low curie temperature material chip near the magnet. The micro spot of laser on the chip demagnetize, so breaks magnetic field barance and occur rotatory power. A prototype of linear micro actuater was produced by FIB(Focused Ion Beam) apparatus.
