| Abstract;Reaction calorimetry is an essential tool in a laboratory of process safety, because it enables to access to thermodynamic parameters such as heat of reaction, heat capacities(of reagents, of reactional medium and products), as well as the temperature increase in adiabatic mode. A new calorimeter named DRC(Differential Reaction Calorimeter) developed in cooperation with the Laboratory of Process Safety of AVENTIS is manufactured and marketed by SETARAM. (author abst.) |
