| Abstract;The case in which consumption of water,waste water and steam quantity were decreased by introducing the closed type dyeing machine to make possible continuous processing in the dyehouse was introduced.The infiltration of the rinsing water increased by adopting the jet dyeing machine.Dirty rinsing water is separated from cloth by bypassing and took out.It becomes useless that the water is refilled in the middle of the rinsing process,because the resoiling of fabric and rinsing water is avoided.The steam consumption decreased,and the productivity was also improved.The investment cost can be recovered in 1.6 years. |
