| Abstract;Energy saving was achieved by restructuring which exceeded the frame of the design of the equipments and operating condition in hydrogen producing facilities of the refinery.In the equipment which produces hydrogen by reforming hydrocarbon,it was prooved that the energy saving is possible,if the steam carbon ratio in the reformer is lowered.The reaction temperature of the reformer was lowered with changed catalyst,and the surface temperature of reaction tubes was lowered by making tube wall to be thin.A regeneration heat capacity was ensured by introducing the steam into the reboiler of the potassium carbonate solution reaction tower.By these,the fuel rate was reduced to the past minimum. |
