Abstract;In the factory which produces small electric motors for automobiles,heating hardening processes such as painting,balance adjustment have been adopted.The case for the energy saving by the adoption of the process of not using a heat in the processes was shown.The powder coating was abolished by the development of heat-resistant resin material and adoption of the insulator.The unbalance adjustment by putty addition and hardening was made unnecessary by developing jigs for shaft press fit to the armature.As the result,the 39% reduction in respect of the power consumption of the armature product line was achieved.
