| Abstract;The case of the energy saving in the production facility for the refrigerator manufacturing was introduced.Diagnosis and improvement were carried out on each stage of processes.The automatic stop was adopted in hydraulic pumps and cutting oil pumps in the machining line.The hydraulic pump with small load was stopped in the press working line.In the resin mold processing,the temperature control was made to follow the load.In the circuit mounting line,improvement was made in order to use heat effectively.By transfering to all factories in domestic and overseas,these results were adopted.The diagnostic technique with measuring instruments was established and systematized. |
